Refund & Return Policy

At Quality implant Supplies, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional service to all of our dental professionals. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Returns and Refunds for Implants and Related Products

  • Implants: Due to the nature of the product, implants are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened. If the implant is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.

  • Related Products (Abutments, Surgical Kits, etc.): Products such as abutments, surgical kits, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A full refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection.

  • Due to Federal Regulation, all sales on regenerative or restorative material like ( bone grafts, membranes, sutures or realted products) are final and non-refundable. No Execeptions for this rule.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

For kits and instruments exchange only with original and unopened condition with in 7-10 business days.

Exchanges on implants are only done within 6 months before expiration date.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  • Contact our customer service team at qualityimplantsupplies@gmail.com or call us at  315-554-1125 with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including return shipping instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective products), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-defective returns: For returns of unopened, unused products, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned products are received and inspected.

6. Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on customized or special-order items.
  • Products purchased through third-party distributors are subject to their return policies.
