Dr Panjali’s screw is longer-than-average screw providing more material between the head of the screw and the multi-unit, which provides strength in both zirconia and printed restorations.
It provides a flat flush surface to ensure security of the prosthesis into MUA.
It has a modified hyperdent library specific to milling full monolithic zirconia direct to MUA final restorations which allows for less incidents of screw loosening and prosthesis being loose.
It has a secure driver to screw connection with a self locking mechanism that does not allow the screw from disengaging and falling during insertion.
The use of the screw eliminates the need for Ti Base for both the provisional as well as final restorations which in terms saves the overall cost for the clinician.
The screw is compatible with MUA apartments for a variety of implant systems, including Nobel Biocare, Neodent, Hiossen, Megagen, IDO Biotech, and all other systems that have a 1.2 mm hex.
The screw has been also designed for passive, friction less insertion.
Recommended torque is 20 cm.
Recommended Driver as 1.2 mm hex.
